Corrections Policy

Please report an incorrect model or variant, merchant-link mismatch, wrong source label, stale price shown as current, inaccurate expiry, unsupported editorial statement, attribution problem or material omission. Merchant checkout changes are useful to report even when the page was accurate at its observation time.

Email support@supercoupons.in with the subject “Correction request”. Include the SuperCoupons URL, the sentence or listing concerned, why it appears wrong, and a reliable supporting source or screenshot when available. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary personal data.

1. We identify the page, database record and source involved.
2. We compare the report with the exact product identifier, current provider response or authoritative source.
3. We correct, clarify, temporarily hide or remove the item when the evidence supports action.
4. For a material editorial change, we update the page date or add an explanatory correction where useful to readers.

A different price seen later is not necessarily proof that a timestamped observation was wrong. Personal disagreement with a disclosed opinion, a merchant declining a coupon for an ineligible basket, or a request to suppress accurate public information may not require a correction. We will still examine evidence of a factual or identity error.

Privacy requests are handled under the Privacy Policy. Complaints about a purchase, refund or warranty should be sent to the merchant that processed the order. If a report concerns our conduct or unresolved handling of your data, clearly label it as a grievance.
