• Technical and security data: normal web-server or hosting logs may include the requested URL, date and time, IP address, browser or device information, referrer and error details.
• Price-alert data: if you actively consent to save an alert, we create a random browser token in a secure, HTTP-only cookie. The server stores a cryptographic hash of that token with the product, target price, consent time and alert matches. The cookie does not contain your name or email address.
• Support communications: if you email or call us, we process the contact details and information you choose to provide so we can respond and keep an appropriate record.
• Outbound-link data: when you open a merchant offer, our server processes the requested offer identifier to resolve the destination. The merchant or affiliate network may receive technical data and set its own cookies under its separate privacy notice.

We use the minimum data reasonably needed to deliver requested price alerts, operate and secure the website, diagnose errors, prevent misuse, measure aggregate outbound activity, answer communications, maintain records and comply with legal obligations. The current price-alert feature uses the supercoupons_alert_owner cookie after you tick the consent box and save an alert. It lasts for up to one year unless you clear it earlier. Clearing the cookie removes that browser’s access to its saved alerts but does not itself erase server records. Copying a coupon uses your browser clipboard and does not send the copied code back to us.

When you choose an outbound link, the destination merchant and applicable affiliate provider process the visit under their own terms. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a lawful business reorganisation.
