Series 2 is a processor generation, not a single laptop design. The 200V family is Lunar Lake; do not use “Lunar Lake” as a name for every Series 2 processor. Which Core Ultra 5 laptops have upgradeable RAM?

H, U and HX processor names do not guarantee RAM expansion. The laptop manufacturer chooses the memory layout. A machine may have soldered memory, removable SO-DIMM/CSODIMM modules, or a combination.
